Born in Finland I grew up in Germany. In 1994 I got my Masters degree in Public and Business Administration at the University of Constance / Germany. Major Field of Study: Personnel- and Organizational Management and Leadership 

Professional Experience

Since 2012 self-employed Trainer and Executive Coach with focus on international Leadership  and Personnel Development. In 2013 I founded my own company “Hanna Helstelä, Training & Development” in Santo André, São Paulo / Brazil

1998 – 2012 HR Personnel and Organizational Development at ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Friedrichshafen / Germany and ZF do Brasil, Ltda., Sorocaba / Brazil.
