Leadership is the backbone of every organization. Leadership makes a difference. In both senses: leadership makes decisions and the quality of leadership makes a difference for the commitment and performance of its people and for the success of the organization. Every organization thrives on the energy, knowledge and power its employees contribute as well as on the energy provided by its customers, who purchase its products and thus offer economic security.
The task of leadership lies in fostering the energy in an organization and its people, steering things in a productive direction and keeping things moving. This works if leaders’ attention is consistently focused on the resources and potentials of the organization and its people. In keeping things maneuverable, leadership is one of the most complex tasks present in an organization. The challenges leaders face are demanding: they ought to be psychologists, interculturalists, economists, experts and much more all at the same time. Leadership is truly a jungle one has to cut through every day while everything is in constant flux. Therefore, the diffe- rence between good and excellent leaders is crucial for organizations.
This is what we qualify people for in our program.
