High dynamics inside and outside of organizations are raising the pressure
for systematic change and the need for professional consultancy and organizational development. Classic approaches and tools struggle with handling this new complexity. The systemic approach allows a more integrated view of organizations and provides insights into high complexity. Systemic consultancy, as developed in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, is helping an increasing number of organizations to become more agile, efficient and effective. This is the first time training for this approach is being offered in Brazil.

This program will provide you with a solid theoretical foundation regarding systems thinking, combined with practical tools and instruments for effective consultancy, change management and organizational development. This integrated learning setting can easily be transferred to your work reality and will help you to increase the impact of your work.

THE PROGRAM IN DETAIL

This program consists of two two-day modules that are scheduled four months apart. Between the modules, you apply what you have learned in the first module at work. The learning setting is based on inputs, discussions, exercises and casework, and a maximum of 20 participants and facilitation by two experienced trainers allow a high level of interaction and space to practice and work on participants ́ cases.

  • The systemic model of communication – understan- ding and handling the complexity of communication in organizations
  • Principles of systemic consultancy and organizational development – being clear in your professional role

  • State-of-the-art models and tools – gaining clarity when and how to use which tools
  • Case studies, concrete examples and critical success factors – learning from and for reality

FACULTY

Hanna Helstelä 2 Hanna Helstelä s the managing director of Hanna Helstelä, Training & Development and a network partner of trainconsulting in Vienna/ Austria. Hanna is an expert in systemic consulting, change management, leadership development and intercultural communication as well as a university lecturer. She holds a master’s degree in public and business administration from the University of Constance, Germany and offers over 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies such as Daimler, ZF Friedrichshafen and ZF do Brasil.

Johannes 72dpiJohannes Köpl is a consultant at trainconsulting for change management, leadership and strategy development. He holds master’s degrees in both business administration and social anthropology. Before becoming a consultant, he fulfilled various functions in the areas of human resources management, organization development and leadership development at T-Mobile, Oracle and the Inter-American Development Bank in Austria, Costa Rica and the USA.

WORKING LANGUAGES

English as the main language, Portuguese as the second language. The ability to follow lectures and discussions in English is a prerequisite.
